I've bought for so much money last month on this store. And i regret it so much. Started with the multiple 50 euro vouchers I bought. After purchase, turned out i couldnt combine them. Not with promo codes - ok, not nice, but smart - but also not. With themselves. Yes, so buy a 100 euro jacket? Sorry, you can only use 1 50 euro vouchers. So i paid more to buy 5 orders of goods (sorry Earth, more transport gasses for you, thank Mango) to see their sizes don't really fit generally. Ok, no problem, you can exchange sizes for free if in stock, without further issues. So i did. To my wonderful surprise, they refunded both. BOTH WERE IN STOCK. But customer service, oh, they lied, in each mail, saying it was out of stock. That their website sometimes "isn't telling the truth". Euh what? Meanwhile, the funny thing: one item, bought separately, so sent back in single, and clearly exchange requested, was in stock, two weeks before, one week before, at the days sent back, week after, 2 weeks after, right now. So how can this item be out of stock? Of course it wasn't. So why is this a big deal, why not just re-order? Because of the fact that i now had 5 partially used vouchers, which i couldn't combine. So i had to do another 5(!) orders to use my credit. What? Unbelievable? Yup. So but wait? Then you're a loyal customer and i'm sure customer service would help out? Right? Ha! They take 4-7 days to reply to one email. The BE and NL numbers NEVER even pick up the phone. They always answer "oh that's so unfortunate. We'll review" to wait a week and send "sorry, we cant help you". Contacted via press contact the support in ES, for once a professional support, he wants to help, is going to chase it for me, to send the day after an email "sorry, my manager told me not to help you". Ha! So what is Mango customer service? Nothing. It doesn't exist. You can't bother calling them, writing them, they will never help. Never. They give excuses, lie to your face if needed, to not help you. Oh but didn't i spend 400 euros in one month? Yes i did. So i paid partially their wage, but help me? Oh no. I'm furious. I'm going to war with them. So anybody with media or influencer contacts, and who is tired of big consumer companies playing with us the customer, please contact *******@junienjo on Twitter. We won't just let them get away with this.

Made a purchase online, and waited for more than 2 weeks for the shipping (still not shipped yet), they would claim to have shipped your pkg immediately to cash the money, but it is only shipping info sent to the carrier, and the carrier never gets the physical package. NEVER buy from this brand again.

Worst service

I had mailed on your customer care service 4 days ago... but no reply from your side... i have made payment for a bag. I received mail for the payment... but order is not placed. How this is even possible. And when i open my account on ur website, they are not showing anything in my purchased section. But my payment is already done. Either rply to my mail. Do something about my matter... please its a request. Or please if you cant. Refund my amount bavk to my account..

Worst customer service-delivery-EVERYTHING!

Not only you wait for a long time for your order, it may also not show up at all. After numerous phone calls to the customer service, they finally refunded the order I never received. After a month and a half I get the order in the mail and then decided to keep it. Sure enough I get an email saying they either need me to send it back or pay for it. Fair enough. What is not fair is that even after taking the time to call them and try to make that payment over the phone they say you can not do it over the phone. You need to go to the bank and do this transaction and take a picture of it and send it to us. So here I'm given a whole set off new responsibilities for something I should not waste even another minute on. There are companies out there who go through the same problems with shipping/lost packages etc and they at least have enough customer service to not put you through anymore inconvenience and they just charge your card. This is ridiculous! NO MORE MANGO!

Mango has the worst customer service

Mango has the worst customer service. Please do not buy. I received a garment that was missing a belt, when I emailed them about it, I was told to either keep it as is, or pay the postage to ship the item back. Despite the unpleasant response, I kept the item. Recently, I saw a very similar garment on their website that included the belt, so I asked if they might have an extra belt that I could buy from them, they replied coldly saying that I have to buy the entire garment from them. I will no longer buy anything from Mango.

I would give this site ZERO STARS if possible. the product the worst I have ever seen in my entire life. I ordered two cotton dresses online and when they arrived they were not as described in terms of sizing. One item never appeared at all and the other item appeared in two different materials and in faded awful color. The email they send you is just an electronically no reply set up I went online did small research via Facebook and google and able to get the INFO OF THIS company 8????ₒᵤᵣ ????ᵢᵥₑ ????ᵢᵥₑ ₜ????ₒ ₒₙₑ ₛₑᵥₑₙ ₜ????ₒ ????ₒᵤᵣfive IT TOOK 4 MONTHS TO GET THIS CRAP CLOTHING My first purchase from this company Needs SO MUCH improvement I ordered it on 28-01-2021THE company admitted their mistake and the customer team was outstanding and awesome in getting my return shipping and amount back Absolutely a lesson learn for me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BUY! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

If i had ordered from old navy i would have been happier, I regret ordering from you guys. I should have checked the review i didn't know this is your norm with customers.

Great Store!

These reviews had me scared after i ordered but everything turned out great! i never got an email saying they had shipped my order but i did get an email saying they had refunded me my money on an item out of stock after i ordered it and that was a little annoying but my order arrived quickly and the two pieces i ordered were good quality!

Never again

Like the goods they sell, customer service is horrible as well. I never get the respond, pardon me, I did but they did not answer my question. Just an email they send to everybody who asks anything. After 2 weeks I am still waiting for the refund.

It’s not all negative!

I ordered a coat in sale, 23rd Jan. I started reading all these negative reviews afterwards and was freaking out that I’d also be waiting ages!!
It stated my order would arrive in 2-5 working days, which would be 22nd Jan. So yes my order has arrived one day after the time specified, but I am SO happy with the coat.
I also never received a dispatch email so I rang customer services, I didn’t even have to wait, it went straight through to a really helpful guy who informed me it has been dispatched and that he will send the tracking info to my email again, which he did immediately!
Really happy with the customer service and really happy with my coat!
